Volsun at EASA 2026 Orlando
|
Volsun joined EASA 2026 in Orlando to discuss shaft grounding rings, VFD motor bearing protection, and practical reliability strategies with motor repair and OEM professionals.

Volsun recently concluded a successful participation at EASA 2026 in Orlando, Florida. The exhibition provided a strong platform to meet industry professionals, exchange technical insights, and present shaft grounding ring solutions for electric motors and rotating equipment.
Throughout the event, our team welcomed visitors from motor manufacturing, motor repair and maintenance, industrial automation, power generation, and electric vehicle applications. Many conversations centered on bearing damage linked to shaft voltage and bearing currents in inverter-fed motor systems.
Shaft Grounding Ring Solutions on Display
At our booth, visitors reviewed how Volsun shaft grounding rings are designed to provide a controlled path for harmful shaft currents to reach ground. As variable frequency drives (VFDs) become more common, effective shaft grounding is increasingly discussed as part of a practical motor reliability strategy.

Technical Discussions with Industry Professionals
Face-to-face discussions with engineers, maintenance specialists, distributors, and OEM manufacturers helped our team understand application challenges across different markets. Several visitors asked how shaft grounding can support bearing life when VFD switching contributes to shaft voltage buildup.

Growing Awareness of VFD Motor Bearing Protection
We were encouraged by increasing awareness of shaft voltage protection in electric vehicles, industrial motors, renewable energy systems, pumps, and compressors. More customers are actively reviewing solutions that can help extend bearing life, improve equipment uptime, and reduce unexpected failures.
Learning Across the Exhibition Floor
In addition to presenting Volsun shaft grounding ring series, our team visited other exhibitors to explore developments in motor reliability, condition monitoring, and electrical protection technologies. These conversations support our ongoing product review and application guidance work.
Trade shows such as EASA are not only about presenting products—they are also about listening, learning, and building long-term partnerships. We appreciate everyone who visited the Volsun booth and shared their experiences, challenges, and ideas with our team.

Looking Ahead
Volsun remains committed to developing reliable shaft grounding ring solutions that can support VFD motor performance, help protect critical equipment, and reduce maintenance requirements in the field.
